TCT offers free local delivery for orders above $100. For orders below $100, we offer a flat local courier fee of $4.25.

Returns and Refunds:

With all of your purchases we hope to provide the best possible service and goods. However, please check items thoroughly upon receipt. If the item you have received is defective, send an email within 24hours of receipt to returns@tct.com, quoting your order no, your name, pictures and details related to the inquiry. We will get back to you shortly.
